Return conditions
An exchange via the webshop is not possible. If you would like a different item or size in its place, you can then place a new order.
The refund for your returns happens via the same payment method as that which the order was placed.
Conditions for Returns
We are accepting returns from items that have not been worn within 14 days after the receiving of the order provided that all of the conditions for returns are fulfilled.
The parcel with the returned items must contain the following: return document, original invoice, all packing materials, hang tags, any possible spare buttons and instruction booklets. We cannot complete a refund or exchange if the item arrives in an incomplete, damaged or soiled condition.
1. Return via a Pickup parcelshop = FOR FREE
Place the DPD return label on the packaging (over the original shipping sticker) and give the packaging to the nearest Pickup parcelshop.
Where can I find my DPD return label?
In the even that you have placed an order via your account:
- Log in to your account page (you find this in the upper-right of the web page)
- Find the order that you want to return and click on "View Order"
- Click above on "Return Order"
- A PDF file will be downloaded, you can print this and use it as your return label.
If you have placed an order as a guest:
- Click here and fill in the requested data.
- Click above on "Return Order"
